Women in Decision-Making Positions (1980, No. 11)

To recommend to NFAs that they encourage and assist capable women to reach planning and decision-making positions. NB: the 12th Council meeting in Madrid 1928 and the 14th Council meeting in Geneva 1929 agreed that in countries where there are women jurists experienced in the practice of international law their inclusion in government delegations should be urged (for the Hague Conference on the Codification of International Law, nationality of married women).
