Dutch Federation participates in CEDAW Shadow Report
January 2010 – The Dutch Federation (VVAO) submitted, together with other 52 NGOs, a shadow report called “Report on Women’s Rights – Some progress, many gaps” to the 45th session of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW). The report examines the Fifth Report by the Dutch Government on the implementation of the UN Convention on CEDAW. The 45th session will examine the reports on 18-25 January 2010.
