To request the Status of Women and Cultural Relations Committee to study the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women and the Programme of Action for the second half of the Decade for Women, and to serve as a liaison and information exchange to assist NFAs in developing strategies for ratification of the Convention and implementation of the Programme.
