UN Regional Commissions (1974, No. 4) (Open)

To invite NFAs to be aware of regional development in the UN, its Specialised Agencies and other intergovernmental groupings, and to urge their governments to prevail upon the Regional Commissions

1. To frame their terms of reference in order to emphasise social as well as economic issues;
2. To set up NGO regional liaison offices with a view to enabling NGOs of the region to play a significant role.
