Nothing that the UNGA has designated 1971 as the International Year for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination,to urge NFAs

1. To make every member aware of her personal responsibility to further harmonious relations among racial groups; and
2. to develop programmes designed to assist, where appropriate, racially underprivileged groups in the community.
