Nationality of Married Women (1929, No. 6) (Open)

This Conference of GWI declares that a woman, whether married or unmarried, should have the same right as a man to retain or to change her nationality. declares it to be in the public interest and especially for the protection of the weak that the sessions of the Committee on Nationality of the First Codification Conference of the League of Nations be held in public, and urges that the rules of the Codification Conference be so amended. This resolution was reaffirmed in 1932 No. 6.
