The Conference recommends NFAs

• To continue to give consideration to the question of matrimonial property laws;
• to endeavour to obtain equality-both in law and in fact- for each of the spouses, especially as concerns the management and disposition of goods whether separately or jointly owned;
• to oppose any legislation that might diminish the full civil capacity of the wife;
• to seek to ensure an equitable division of goods on the dissolution of the marriage and in this connection to draw attention to the position of women who have no paid employment outside the home.
