That NFAs be encouraged to take action in their respective countries, and where possible, to encourage joint participation with GWI affiliates in neighbouring countries to prevent further deterioration of our global environment by working to implement the recommendations of the Report of the World Commission on Environment and Development, “Our Common Future”, (Bruntland Report) presented to the UNGA in October 1987.
