Education of Handicapped Youth (Open)

To ask NFAs to enquire into the measures taken in their countries to provide for the education of young people who are physically and/or mentally handicapped and, if they are found to be inadequate, to urge the appropriate authorities to make what special arrangements are necessary and, where desirable, to offer voluntary help.
