The Conference urges NFAs

• To make every effort to bring about the abolition of any discrimination that may exist in their country, in law or in fact, against married women engaged in professional employment:
• To support the adoption of social and educational measures to help married women to take up or continue in a professional career, or return to it after any interruption:
• To make married women who are qualified for professional employment aware of the importance of their contribution to economic and social life.
