Australia: AFGW branch offers mentoring programme

The Graduate Women Queensland Sunshine Coast Branch leads a mentoring programme to support women students undertaking honours and post-graduate studies. Various staff members at the University of the Sunshine Coast have endorsed the proposed programme and assisted with advice, key contacts and background information. The mentoring programme focuses on personal growth and development. Prospective mentors (members of the branch) undertake a training course to ensure an understanding of the type of mentoring involved and to guarantee a quality programme.
