By checking this box, the artist acknowledges and agrees to the following regarding the intellectual property rights of each submitted poster design for the Graduate Women International (GWI) Poster Campaign:

1. I am the sole creator and owner of the submitted poster design, and it is an original work that does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

2. I grant GWI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute my poster design for promotional and non-commercial purposes related to the contest and GWI's mission. GWI will not claim ownership of the design beyond this license.

3. I understand that I retain ownership of my poster design and have the right to use it for my own purposes, including commercial endeavors.

4. I acknowledge that GWI may use my name and the title of my poster design in connection with any promotional materials related to the contest or GWI's activities.

5. I understand that GWI reserves the right to disqualify my submission if it is found to violate the intellectual property rights of others or fail to comply with the contest guidelines.

6. I confirm that I have read and agreed to the full terms and conditions of the GWI poster campaign

As the artist, on behalf of my NFA or as an Independent Member, I have read, understood, and agree to fully abide by the above Terms and Conditions regarding the intellectual property rights of the poster campaign.
